We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests. MUST BE AVAIBALE MONDAY to FRIDAY FROM 9:30-5:30PM
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to provide safe food for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring the kitchen is well-equipped for operations.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, including assisting with catering events or special menu items.
Skills
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
- Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn cooking techniques.
- Attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
