We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. Duties
- Assist experienced carpenters in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Participate in heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed on job sites.
- Learn to lay tile, install flooring, and perform roofing tasks under supervision.
- Help with caulking, siding installation, and other finishing work to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
- Support the team in construction estimating by measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks while working with tools and equipment.
Experience
- No prior experience is required; however, a willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
- Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and techniques is a plus.
- Experience in maintenance person services or related fields such as flooring installation or roofing will be beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
