Break Through Construction is looking for full time skilled supervisor. Looking for individual who enjoy working in residential construction. We offer a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to move up and become a team leader. Candidates must have their own method of transportation to and from job sites.
Objectives:
-Be a team worker as well as be able to do smaller tasks on own
-Own method of transportation to and from job sites
- Ensure jobsite safety and enforce jobsite rules.
- Maintain confidentiality of client contacts for duration of project.
Skills and Credentials:
-Must have minimum 5 years skill -- must be capable of reading plans and lead a crew full time .
-Must have own tool belt/pouch (hammer, speed square, measuring tape, pencil, etc.) along with hard hat and steel toe boots/shoes.
-high school education along with some carpentry courses would be a benefit.
-Capable of climbing ladders, working heights, and carrying at least 50 pounds.
