ABOUT THE CANINE COACH ROLE:
- The focus of the Canine Coach is to create a safe and fun play environment for each pup.
- You interact with dogs and are always on stage. All rooms are equipped with cameras so Pet Parents can stay engaged with their dogs and watch the fantastic experience you create for their pup.
- You care for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.
- Creating the Most Exciting Day Ever for the pups in your playroom.
ABOUT THE ROVER/OPS SUPPORT ROLE:
· The focus of this job is ensuring the back of the house operations is running smoothy
· Attend to Canine Coach requests for refill of supplies and cover breaks (if AM shifts)
· Cleaning and maintaining the facilities
· Laundry and dishes and general cleaning throughout the day
· Communicate any pet notes and provide contact feedback to front of the house staff
· Run dogs during drop off and pick up, general handling, wellness checks, and other tasks as needed
