Working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with Campus Advisors and Recruiters to provide administrative support to the Student and Experienced Recruitment teams. Our company culture fosters a fun working environment, development of meaningful relationships and continuous learning. Building on classroom studies, you will develop and enhance your skills while working with mentors to kick-start a successful career in Human Resources.
- Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
- Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday)
- Term lengths: 8 or 12 months
- Term starts: January or September 2026
- Safety sensitive position: No
Key Accountabilities:
- Effectively research and register for career fairs, manage team schedules, organize marketing materials, and provide logistical support
- Coordinate materials, catering, gifts, and meeting rooms for events such as orientations and meet and greets
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for school information sessions and orientations
- Post jobs on school job boards to promote student opportunities
- Participate in the Intern Social Committee as a Campus Team Representative
- Maintain and further develop partnerships with clubs and academic institutions
- Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents and information for the successful submission and communication of onboarding paperwork
What You Bring to The Role:
- Currently enrolled in or within one year of graduation from a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or a related area of study
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficient proof-reading skills
- Flexible and adaptable.
