Head of Land Specialties
Seasonal Role - 8 weeks during the summer, plus pre-camp training

Position: Head of Land Specialties
Salary: $6000–$8000 (based on qualifications and experience)
About the Role
As the Head of Land, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and delivering
land-based activities such as Arts Crafts, Archery, Land Sports and many other
exciting programs for our campers. You will lead and support a team of instructors,
ensuring safe and engaging experiences for campers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging land-based activity programs.
- Train and supervise land specialty staff, ensuring safety protocols and best practices.
- Maintain equipment and resources, ensuring proper usage and upkeep.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Collaborate with camp leadership to align activities with camp goals and values.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven camp experience, particularly in roles requiring staff supervision or leadership.
- Expertise in age-appropriate programming for children aged 4 to 15
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A passion for working with children and ensuring their success at camp.
