Overview
We are currently seeking a CAD draftsperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience with structural/misc. metals for both fabrication and installation, as well as site measuring and bill of material creation. This is a permanent, on-site position in a casual, productive work environment.
Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Duties
- Develop and prepare complete, detailed CAD drawings for fabrication/installation
- Onsite measuring as required
- Read and interpret client drawings/requests
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
Skills
- Proficient in CAD software (experience with Inventor would be an asset)
- Strong understanding of drafting principals
- Experienced with onsite measuring and general construction processes
- Ability to create accurate schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with drafting techniques and standards
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
