Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while supporting the waitstaff in delivering exceptional service. Duties
- Assist waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Refill water glasses and provide additional support as needed during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system as required for processing orders.
- Help with food service tasks, including meal preparation and plating as needed.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with cashiering and POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards.
