Rae's Bistro is a locally owned independent restaurant that is service focused. We are looking for a high energy Restaurant Host/Busser to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction. Willing to train the position.
Qualified candidates will be given an over the phone interview and in person assessment.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends/evenings.
- High energy, outgoing and a positive attitude.
- Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks.
- Can work 15 - 25 hours per week.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with strangers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately timing guests arrival and departure time.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately to guests.
- Bussing and sanitizing menus, tables, seats and all guest surfaces.
- Running hot food accurately to tables by Rae's specifications.
- Properly balancing walk-in and reservation traffic.
- Sanitizing cutlery and glassware.
- Stock and organize inventory appropriately.
- Comply with all sanitation regulations from Manitoba Health.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
