About the role
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of our enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, support integrations, and ensure the platforms are aligned with business needs. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the sharing of best practices within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutionsto ensure platforms are tailored to real business needs and support operational goals.
- Configure and support ERP/CRM systems and integrations to enhance system functionality and streamline cross-platform workflows.
- Coordinate testing phases and ensure smooth rollouts of new tools and features to minimize disruptions and drive successful technology adoption.
- Develop Process Maps, SOPs, training materials, and user documentation to support user enablement and promote system consistency across teams.
- Provide training and guidance to the business when new tools and features are introduced
- Support users with dashboards, reporting, and ongoing system improvements to empower data-driven decisions and continuous process enhancement.
About You
- Diploma or degree in IT Systems or equivalent experience
- Experience with IT systems and software customization. Previous experience with SAP B1, Salesforce, and AI platforms a plus!
- Strong communication skills—able to explain tech to non-tech folks
- Analytical mindset with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Curious, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
