Role Overview:
ENVO is seeking a highly skilled Operations & Business Systems Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for organizing and updating workflows, SOPs, and management dashboards across ENVO’s diverse operational landscape, with a focus on optimizing the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business systems, logistics, and order fulfillment, combined with strong programming skills to customize and deploy solutions within e-Commerce and the Zoho business tools infrastructure. The role will require a blend of technical expertise and operational knowledge to maximize automation and AI integration in inventory management and seasonal stock replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize ENVO’s existing workflows, SOPs, and management dashboards across all business operations.
- Oversee and streamline supply chain management, vendor relations, inbound shipments, and inventory control for hundreds of SKUs across multiple seasons.
- Develop and implement sophisticated order processing and fulfillment APIs to integrate with five 3PL partners and various sales channels.
- Automate processes using AI-driven business intelligence tools, with a focus on inventory management and seasonal replenishment.
- Manage the flow of inventory across five D2C e-commerce websites, dealer networks (140+ dealers), and large retail partners like Costco and BestBuy Canada.
- Build and maintain custom Zoho-based solutions to support complex logistics, sales channels, and customer service requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and deploy solutions that maximize operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on new workflows and automated systems.
- Monitor, report, and improve key performance metrics across operations and supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and workflows in a clear and structured manner.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, and business systems management, preferably within e-commerce or mobility industries.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho business tools, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics, with the ability to customize and develop solutions using Zoho’s coding environment.
- Experience with APIs, automation, and integrations, particularly for order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Expertise in using AI and machine learning tools for business intelligence, specifically for inventory optimization and seasonal stock management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ability to code and program, with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams including logistics, sales, and IT.
- Experience with multiple sales channels, including e-commerce, retail, and dealer networks, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of 3PL management and logistics operations is a plus.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, ERP implementation or business systems optimization, with at least 2 years of experience in a role focused on Zoho business tools and coding.
