Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at 55 SPORTSWEAR, a leading brand in sportswear and athletic apparel. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, fitness, and fashion, and will play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and representing our brand with energy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sportswear products
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand’s products, features, and benefits
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals
- Handle customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist in merchandising and restocking displays
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention activities
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Stay updated on current promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or fashion is a plus
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in sportswear or athletic apparel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
