Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Assistant to work directly with the business owner. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by providing production support, managing clerical tasks, and enhancing customer service experiences. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable taking on multiple roles within the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide production and clerical support to the business owner. Including packaging , order fulfillment , social media management and advertising.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer support inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other staff to streamline processes and improve overall office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- E-commerce experience is an
