- Deploy campaigns in SAS Direct as per campaign design specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing SAS Direct campaign configurations and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain and enhance SAS RTDM (Real-Time Decision Manager) workflows for decisioning logic and customer treatment strategies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and techniques, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to define audience segments, campaign KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.
