**Responsibilities:**
1. **Burrito Artistry:**
- Skillfully assemble and craft aesthetically pleasing burritos according to our established recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistency in portion control to meet quality and cost standards.
- Stay updated on the latest food trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our burrito offerings.
2. **Preparation:**
- Prepare and organize ingredients for daily operations, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene protocols during all stages of preparation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline the prep process and maintain a well-organized workspace.
3. **Link Work Coordination:**
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate with the inventory manager to prevent shortages.
- Assist in cross-training team members to enhance overall kitchen flexibility.
4. **Quality Assurance:**
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients to ensure they meet our standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to ingredient quality or prep processes promptly.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a culinary professional, with a focus on burrito preparation and assembly.
2. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
