Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Building Manager to oversee the operations of two residential rental buildings located in Winnipeg. This position is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day property operations effectively. On-site living is not required. However, there is availability to live on-site if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns
· Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors
· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and safety
· Enforce lease agreements and building policies
· Assist with leasing, including showing units and processing applications
· Manage rent collection, documentation, and basic financial reporting
· Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and standards
· Ensure proper documentation for new lease
· Ensure lease renewals and all RTB requirements are met
Qualifications:
· Experience in property management,
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
· Familiarity with residential tenancy laws in Manitoba is an asset
· Must be available for occasional site visits and emergency response
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
