Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and passionate about cannabis education and culture. As a Budtender, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products while ensuring a safe, compliant, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, education, and recommendations
- Maintain a strong knowledge of cannabis products, accessories, and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with AGCO and store policies
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system
- Verify government-issued ID to confirm customer age (19+)
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display
- Support inventory management, including restocking and product counts
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company values
