Overview
We are seeking a day shift /night shift full time/part time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee/bubble tea drinks following company recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to customers
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in coffee/bubble tea preparation, is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
