Duties

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
