Brow & Makeup Artist
We are looking for a professional and competent Full time Brow and Makeup Artist to join the
HBFace Team. You will be an artist in our Oakville Location 306 Randall St.
As a Brow and Makeup Artist of our Oakville studio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional brow shaping and makeup application services to our clients. Your expertise in brow thread and various makeup techniques will help enhance our clients’ natural beauty. You will report to the Studio Manager and Operations Manager.
You should be capable of managing customers with elegance, even amid peak demand hours.
You will assist us in boosting our reputation by building friendly relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
● Consult with clients to understand their desired brow and makeup looks for various occasions, such as weddings, special events, or everyday wear.
● Assess clients' facial features, skin tone, and personal style to recommend suitable brow shapes and makeup styles.
● Perform professional brow shaping services using techniques such as threading, tinting, lifting, or tweezing.
● Create customized makeup looks based on clients' preferences and the event or occasion.
● Stay updated with current makeup trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the latest and most innovative services.
● Offer guidance and educate clients on proper skincare and brow maintenance techniques.
● Keep a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
● Maintain accurate records of client preferences, products used, and services provided.
● Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, attentiveness, and personalized care.
Requirements
● 2+ years of experience with Brow Threading, Brow Tinting, Makeup Application, Brow
Lamination, Lash Lifts.
● Proven experience working as a brow and makeup artist.
● Strong knowledge of various makeup techniques.
● Updates knowledge of the latest makeup and brow trends, products, and techniques.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
● Attention to detail and precision in brow shaping and makeup application.
● Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Strong organizational skills.
● A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per year
