Brand Manager – Amazon FBA/3P (Building Supplies)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Brand Manager with Amazon marketplace experience to help grow our building supplies business through partnerships with manufacturers and brand owners. Your role will focus on identifying and onboarding quality brands, managing 3P (Seller Central) strategy, and helping partners succeed via FBA and optimized listings.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for building supply brands (e.g., adhesives, sealants, electrical hardware), guiding them through setup, optimization, and growth on Amazon Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard brands in the building supplies category
- Manage the full 3P onboarding cycle including listing creation, compliance, and FBA setup
- Support partners in enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry and managing brand gating when needed
- Improve product discoverability and conversions through listing optimization and PPC strategy
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated on Amazon category and compliance requirements (building, electrical, safety products, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience managing or supporting brands on Amazon (FBA/3P)
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, listing tools, and campaign dashboards
- Knowledge of Brand Registry, Brand Gating, and IP enforcement tools
- Familiarity with FBA processes, inventory prep, and labeling requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL or Looker Studio is a plus
- Nice to have: Experience with 1P (Vendor Central) or hybrid channel brands
