The key functions of the successful candidate include (this is not meant to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities):
- Reconcile accounts
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records
- Establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized systems
Their skills will include:
- Working knowledge with Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
- Good organizational skills
- Accuracy with numbers and with filing documents
- Being a team player and able to follow direction
- Ability to work well under deadline pressures
