Role Overview:
Seiden Health is currently recruiting for a bilingual receptionists/administrator. In this position you will provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to staff, medical assessors, and our clients. Job duties include:
·Cover the general phone lines of two separate business lines (answering, transferring, redirecting calls)
·Manage the flow of visitor traffic, including visitors and claimants who are being assessed
·Provide administrative support to assessors working on site, potentially including some medical admin duties like taking height/weight/BP, acting as chaperone during assessments, making appointment reminder calls, etc.
·Manage multiple general email inboxes
·Receive and distribute mail to appropriate personnel
The ideal candidate has
-Excellent organization and coordination skills to follow through on specific matters, ensure timeliness, comprehensiveness and accuracy
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with professionals.
- Assertiveness and a sense of urgency to co-ordinate activities with others, obtain your cooperation and support
-Familiar with web-based SaaS systems, Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm) in-office at our location near Don Mills & Eglinton.
