Duties

- Assist clients with understanding and managing their psychopharmacology needs.
- Offer counseling focused on gender issues, promoting inclusivity and understanding.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in a support or caregiving role is preferred.
- Familiarity with art therapy techniques is an asset.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles is beneficial.
- Experience in counseling related to gender issues is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
