We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Technicians to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver high-quality, individualized support across New Brunswick.

- Track and record client data accurately to monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed.
- Ensure proper organization and management of client data in compliance with CFS’s Sync protocol and documentation standards.
Team Collaboration & Professional Development
- Participate in monthly group supervision and weekly clinical team meetings to review cases, discuss strategies, and learn from peers.
- Engage in one-on-one supervision with a Clinical Supervisor for tailored guidance and skill development.
- Maintain thorough session notes to document interventions, client responses, and updates to treatment plans.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all standards outlined by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and maintain RBT-level professional conduct.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for both clients and team members.
- Report any concerns, including suspected abuse or safety risks, to the appropriate authorities without delay.
