Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and wellness, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a flair for sales. As a Wellness Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and effective merchandising.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our beauty and wellness offerings
- Utilize salon software such as Millennium for appointment scheduling and client management
- Manage front desk operations including cashiering, phone etiquette, and handling customer inquiries
- Assist in retail sales by upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain an organized and stocked inventory of products on display
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
- Manage social media accounts to promote products, services, and special events
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
- Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium is a plus
- Skills in makeup application, beauty & cosmetics sales, and product demos are advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette

Pay: $27.85-$53.67 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
