Your Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations is driving performance and accountability.
- Engage with customers through phone, email, text, and chat to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide product information.
- Develop and implement lead follow-up strategies that convert inquiries into showroom visits.
- Support the sales team by managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Track and report on lead performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotional campaigns, social media engagement, and dealership objectives.
- Utilize CRM and lead management tools to ensure timely follow-up and accurate data entry.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Previous experience in a BDC, outbound sales, or telemarketing role (automotive experience is a strong asset).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems, ideally Dealersocket experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A natural relationship-builder with a passion for customer service and engagement.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of results.
- Friendly, approachable, and supportive.
- The desire, willingness, and ability to excel at sales.
- Ability to think like a customer, to provide the best possible sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office and other programs.
- Experience using CRM systems or automotive software systems like PBS would be considered an asset. .
- Must be a great listener and be willing to ask the customer for their business and be willing to earn their business by providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
