What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and remodeling bathrooms, including fixtures, tiles, cabinetry, vinyl plank flooring, etc
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Measuring and cutting materials accurately to ensure precise installation
- Collaborating with project managers and team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards
- Ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during installation
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Installer or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bathroom installation processes, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good communication skills and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
