ACC have 3 feedlot locations within 15 minutes of Iron Springs and Picture Butte.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Barn Crew team member to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations and maintenance of our feedlot facility.
Duties:
- Cattle handling (low-stress techniques)
- Process new cattle, reimplanting, tagging, etc.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment
- Performing general maintenance tasks around the feedlot
- Assist with loading animals for shipping
- Bedding Cattle
Qualifications:
- Experience in feedlot, cattle and/or agriculture is considered an asset
- Knowledge for basic equipment maintenance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Personal vehicle for commuting to the work location
- Valid Class 5
