Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with attention to detail.
- Prepare a variety of coffee and beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Fold cake boxes and carefully package cakes and pastries, ensuring all items are handled with attention and care for presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; training will be provided as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
