Job Overview:
We're looking for talented Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will be wellness-oriented and have a passion for coffee and creating memorable customer service experiences. Duties:
- Effectively educating clients on Aeset products and wellness offerings
- Prepare and serve signature coffee and drinks following company recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with menu selection, answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving complaints
- Operate espresso machine and other specialized beverage-making equipment
- Take accurate customer orders and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and participate in ongoing education and training
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Barista required
- Abillity to create basic latte art (hearts, etc.)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and experience with food handling and/or food preparation
- Knowledge of POS systems and transaction handling, and basic math skills
Skills:
- Outgoing and people-oriented with strong customer service skills
- Have an interest in wellness
- Have elevated sales skills and the ability to achieve sales goals
- Love to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
