Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our banquet operations, restaurant and online market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with exceptional leadership skills to ensure that events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations. This role requires a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Supervise banquet staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary while adhering to budget constraints.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of sales and expenses.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
- Assist in the development of banquet menus in collaboration with culinary teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or restaurant management, preferably in a banquet or catering setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Experience in supervising staff, providing leadership, training, and support as needed.
- Ability to manage cash handling processes accurately.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
