Job Description: Part-Time - Full Time Baker

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including muffins, scones, cookies, and other in-house items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all baked items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory and communicate ingredient needs to the manager
- Assist in developing new baked items or seasonal features as needed
- Set up and stock displays for the day’s service
- Complete opening and closing duties related to the baking shift
Requirements
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
- Ability to work early morning shifts (start time may be as early as 5 or 6 am)
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, community-focused team
