Position Description
We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking individuals for our AZ Operator role in our Kapuskasing location.
We have vacancies for a position on a 7on/7off rotation OR 14on/14off rotation.
Position Responsibilities
- Operating an AZ vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Complete routes as assigned by Dispatch Coordinator
- Transfer products to the appropriate drop off location.
- Labour/Truck operation.
- Maintain a proper logbook.
- Perform load inspections.
- Ensure the daily check-in at the end of the day and ensuring that paperwork is completed and accurate.
- Complete assigned work in the allotted time.
- Delivering a variety of assorted products where needed.
- Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- 1-5 years of operator experience is preferred
- Must possess a valid AZ license and submit current abstracts, personal and CVOR
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Must be able to successfully pass all required training, background check, and drug and alcohol testing
- Rotation Work 7-7 OR 14-14
Preferred Experience
- Truck driving in Northern Ontario during all weather conditions
