Brimsauto Inc. is a growing car rental and sales company. We’re looking for a reliable, quick learner to help with day-to-day operations including basic vehicle tasks, customer coordination, and light admin work.
This is an entry-level flexible position, ideal for someone who wants to grow with a startup in the automotive space.
Responsibilities

- Assist with vehicle drop-offs, pickups, and inspections
Skills
- Follow clear instructions & training videos for tasks
- Power tools use and mechanical skills
- Be available for occasional client communication or handovers
- Support simple admin tasks as needed
- Proficient in clerical duties with strong attention to detail.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Ability to proofread documents accurately for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
