JOB DESCRIPTION:
Uniban Canada, a part of the Driven Brands family of automotive aftermarket franchise brands, is a leading technology-based provider of automotive glass repair, replacement and ADAS calibration services for vehicle owners, fleets and insurance carriers. Founded in 1977, Uniban Canada also offers technology-enabled glass claims management services for insurance carriers.

Specific responsibilities include:
Perform vehicle detailing operations to established standards
Vacuuming, cleaning, and shampooing interior with cleaning and extracting equipment
Power wash exterior of vehicle
A valid driver's license and good driving record is required
Paint correction and application of Ziebart approved paint protection products
Final detailing the vehicles for customer deliveries
Perform rust protection services to established standards
Drill access holes in body metals
Spray various rust protection products inside panels & underbody as required
Produce work in a timely manner
Maintain safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
Previous auto detailing experience not necessary, but highly valued
High level of attention to detail
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
A valid driver's license and good driving record is required
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals
Exceptional customer service skills
Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
