We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality assurance before returning them to customers.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the best results while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the detailing area to promote a safe working environment.
- Report any damages or issues found during the detailing process to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
