We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and mechanical knowledge, with experience in handling both hand and power tools. This role involves the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass, ensuring that all work meets safety standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass on various vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precision in glass fitting.
- Conduct thorough inspections of glass components to identify any damage or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in heavy lifting of glass panels and other materials as required.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
- Experience as a mechanic is a plus, enhancing understanding of vehicle systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
