Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Glass Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various glass products in residential houses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of glass handling techniques and demonstrate proficiency in related construction skills. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace glass in shower doors, mirrors, railing glass and other interior house structures.
- Measure and cut glass to specifications using appropriate tools.
- Ensure proper sealing and caulking of glass installations to prevent leaks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute projects.
- Perform restoration work on existing glass installations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as a glass worker or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints effectively for accurate project execution.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Should know how to install and measure interior railing, shower door, mirrors and other interior glass related works.
