Auto Detailer responsibilities include:
Responsibilities to the customer -
1. Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
2. Operating Dual Actions Polisher and Rotary Polishers, Steamers, Air hoses/ Tornadors, Vacuums, Hot water Extractor.
3. Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
Job brief-
1. We are looking for an Auto Detailer to join our team and provide excellent customer service while performing exceptional Auto cleaning services for our customers.
2. Auto Detailer responsibilities include cleaning vehicles according to the needs of our customers by performing detailed inspections, washing, and buffing to restore the appearance of the vehicle to company standards.
3. Ultimately, you will work with a small team of Auto Detailers to ensure each vehicle is cleaned according to our organization’s quality standards and the request of our customers.
Responsibilities to the Shop -
1. Perform PRE and Post inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition
2. Move and park vehicles
3. Manage inventory
4. Respond to client inquiries and fulfill their requests
5. Answer any questions that customers have about their Auto detailing
6. Keep Facilities clean and tidy- Bays, equipment, washrooms, waiting room.
Expectations -
1. Proven work experience as an Auto Detailer or similar role
2. Valid Drivers License
3. Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
5. Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality
6. Availability to work Saturdays
7. Relevant training and/or certifications as an Auto Detailer optional
