We are a full-service firm providing a range of services to our clients. We welcome lawyers from all backgrounds and provide support and mentoring to those coming from an ICBC/Plaintiff personal injury background to transition to Family Law. Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing complex files without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Extensive experience in BC Supreme Court and Family Law Rules as well as court proceedings and processes
- Experience in negotiating and mediating with a winning track record
- Proven experience to contribute to the success of a team
Qualifications:
- Must be in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Professional with excellent judgement and the ability to exercise discretion regarding confidential information
- Strong work ethic
- Client centered approach
- Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing needs within the firm
- Strong interest in growing the scope of our firm
- Ability to handle high volume and the fast pace of our busy practice.
Salary: $70,000-$110,000
