About You
We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who:
- Has 3+ years of legal experience
- Is currently working at a mid-to-large firm but craving more autonomy, purpose, and control of their career
- Wants to build a practice aligned with their passions and strengths
- Thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced environment
- Is interested in becoming a partner and future leader of the firm
- Embraces the entrepreneurial side of law – business development, team leadership, and client relationship building
- Can work independently and thrives without micromanagement
- Is internally motivated, organized, and process-driven
- Believes in being of genuine service to others
About the Role
In this role, you would:
- Build and manage your own client base in your preferred area(s) of practice
- Handle client files from start to finish with autonomy and care
- Help maintain and strengthen our culture of client-first service
- Follow established firm systems and processes to deliver consistent, top-tier legal service
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm, ideally stepping into a partnership and succession track
- Collaborate with our small, close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment
