Role and Responsibilities
The role of a Business Broker is in a high-performance environment. It is the heart of this well-oiled, fast-paced, team-oriented machine that is Gateway Business Intermediaries. We are looking for a unique personality with a strong voice, and the power to tell it like it is. Someone who questions why and is a clear and concise communicator.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Negotiate engagement fees and sales commissions with sellers
- Negotiate the final selling price with potential buyers
- Facilitate meetings between buyers and sellers
- Represent and advise the seller for the best deal structure to optimize profitability
- Interact with a network of potential buyers and sellers
- Assist buyers in approval of financing for the purchase of the business

- Experience as a salesperson or in a sales role is an asset
- You have strong analytical skills and can make informed decisions or negotiations

REQUIREMENTS:
- Those with previous experience in financing, real estate or commercial transactions, supporting professionals in real estate, accounting, banking, or law will be given higher consideration. Not necessary to obtain a license, we will provide the training for this.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00-$1,000,000.00 per year
Before we move forward, we want to ensure complete transparency about the structure of this opportunity:
- This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary; earnings are driven by performance and the successful closing of transactions.
- A one-time $25,000 Buy-In Fee is required upon joining. This investment secures your position and unlocks full access to our proprietary tools, systems, and onboarding program.
- We guarantee a minimum of 50 pre-qualified leads annually, each with an enterprise value of no less than $1 million, and a total potential commission value exceeding $2.5 million.
You’ll also receive comprehensive training, proven systems, and ongoing support — including marketing resources, valuation tools, and mentorship from our experienced team.
This role is designed for professionals ready to operate at an elite level and earn accordingly.
