Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Independent Agents to join our growing logistics network. In this role, you will be responsible for managing last-mile delivery operations by hiring and leading your own team of drivers to deliver e-commerce packages efficiently and professionally. As your own boss, you’ll have the flexibility to build your own delivery team, manage daily logistics, and grow a successful delivery business in your area.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of delivery drivers to fulfill daily parcel deliveries.
- Coordinate daily delivery operations, ensuring packages are delivered on time and with exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and clients through clear communication and leadership.
- Oversee vehicle routing, driver schedules, and parcel distribution in your assigned territory.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as tracking deliveries, reporting metrics, and managing payroll or contracts for your team.
- Uphold high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Resolve delivery issues or client concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Grow your delivery operation by identifying new driver talent and maintaining high service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery services is strongly preferred.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team independently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Business-minded with the desire to run and grow your own operation.
- Reliable vehicle and access to a smartphone or tablet for route management tools.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs when needed.
- Multilingual skills are a plus to support a diverse workforce and client base.
- Must meet any state or local requirements for operating a delivery service.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
