Responsibilities：
- Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to sales staff.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment and effective handling of products nearing expiration.
- Implement store security protocols, including loss prevention measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies in accordance with applicable Ontario regulations.
- Prepare employee work schedules, manage time-off requests, and monitor attendance in compliance with Employment Standards Act (ESA) provisions.
- Plan and execute seasonal and holiday promotions to drive store traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide specialized training to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards。
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead by example through professional conduct, teamwork, and performance excellence.
- Perform additional managerial duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated sales skills, customer service focus, and a welcoming, approachable attitude.
- Experience in achieving sales and training objectives.
- Interest in the beauty industry; familiarity with Japanese and Korean fashion/beauty products is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and safely lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
