We're on the lookout for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our Whakatāne Superstore — a unique space where customers can shop all three of our brands under one roof. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic management role where no two days are the same.
Your hours will be:
- Monday (09:00 - 17:15)
- Tuesday (08:45 - 17:15)
- Wednesday (09:00 - 17:15)
- Thursday (08:45 - 17:15)
- Sunday (09:45 - 16:15)
In this role, you'll lead by example as you:
- Support the Store Manager in driving operational excellence and team performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Take ownership of sales targets, team KPIs, and visual merchandising standards
- Problem-solve in real time, make smart decisions, and keep things moving
- Champion a positive and energetic team culture
