### **Requirements:**
✔ **5+ years of restaurant experience**
✔ Prior **managerial experience**
✔ Hands-on experience in **all FOH positions**
✔ Strong **English communication skills**
✔ Proficiency with **communication technology** (email, chat, group chat)
✔ Experience working with **team-based staff groups**
✔ **POS experience** – both usage and maintenance
✔ Ability to work **long shifts**
✔ Excellent **customer service skills**
✔ **Serve it Right certification** (or equivalent safe alcohol service certification)
✔ Strong **team leadership and social skills**
