Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support financial management by tracking expenses and assisting with budget preparation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer software for reporting and management tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in inventory management is a plus.
