Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Asset Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the strategic oversight and financial performance of a growing industrial portfolio. The Asset Manager will focus on portfolio reporting, help formulate and implement asset-level strategies, and support leasing and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities - Asset Strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of asset-level business plans in collaboration with investment, leasing, and development teams.
- Communicate with third parties, including joint venture partners, on all matters related to the portfolio of assets
- Track market trends, leasing activity, and capital expenditure to inform strategy and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
- Work with the Property Manager to ensure optimal performance in line with underwriting and asset plans.
- Work with internal leasing representatives and third-party brokers to ensure lease-up aligns with strategic goals.
- Complete full financial review and analysis on a monthly basis.
- Assist the Investment team with operational due diligence, and the creation of a business plan for a proposed acquisition.
Key Responsibilities - Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain detailed asset-level financial models and performance dashboards.
- Lead quarterly and annual investor and internal reporting, including variance analysis, forecasts, and returns tracking.
- Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes with input from property management and leasing teams
Desired Skills and Experience
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, cope with changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written), and able to interact across all levels of the organization
- A University Degree in Business, Finance, Urban Development and/or related field
- 5+ years of real estate asset management, property management, or financial analysis/reporting experience.
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with and understanding of corporate capital structures
