- Apply design standards, architectural guidelines, and redline markups to delivery-ready drawings.
- Update model drawings as needed to incorporate new design features, structural changes, or municipality requirements.
- Manage drawing accuracy, consistency, and version control across multiple projects (residential and light commercial).
- Work closely with internal teams—design, construction, estimating, permitting—to align drawings with project objectives.
- Respond to technical queries during construction and support on-site coordination.
- Participate in design review and model development meetings to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural and mechanical elements into final plans.
- Produce permit-ready drawing sets and aid in submitting documentation to municipalities or developers.
- Maintain organized digital filing of plans, templates, approvals, and revisions.
- Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and adapt standard documentation accordingly.
